slow cranking and alarm goes off once started

Okay I have a 95 Grand Cherokee Larado 4.0 It has been cranking slow but will start but when it starts the security system goes off. I have to lock and unlock my drivers door to shut alarm off. Once started alt is charging as i just replaced alt last year and battery.Any clues whats causing this slow crank and alarm going off??

Did you have the same problem last year, before replacing the battery and alternator?

No before it started normal it has been doing this for a few months. It happens every morning after that its wait and see when i next start it. Sometimes it will slow crank and the alarm will go off and other times it will start normal.

ok just went to the store started slow alarm went off. Came out of the store it didnt want to fire up but did again alarm went off. Got home shut it off started back up like normal no alarm crazy'

Had Battery load tested dead cell in a battery a year old go figure.

Check that you battery is getting charged while running and not being drained with engine off.
