I am getting ready to purchase a windjammer and tonneau cover for my wrangler... I was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to hide the rear seatbelts from the elements, or if there is a way to take them off. I rather just keep them covered someway just in case someone rides in the back if I were to take the cover off. Thanks.

I wouldn't worry about it, if your affraid of the seat belts getting wet, why would you not worry about the person in the back using the seat belts not getting wet?
If you really wanted to remove them, get the torx bit and unscrew them from the roll bar and stick them down on the wheel wells, but IMHO, it would be a huge waste of effort and the 2 minutes to unscrew them.
