Ok what are some ways to add torque or more power to my motor? I have a 91 wrangler 4x4 with a 2.5 in it. Any suggestions?

Best bang for the buck is to regear the axles to compensate for oversize tires. This will allow the engine to operate in it's optimal power band.

Then there's a larger camshaft, 62mm throttle body and spacer, high flow intake, exhaust header, electric fan conversion.

4.3 v-6 would be cheaper and easier. But this upgrade and v-8's cost more due to 30-35 axle combination can't take the extra torque of these motors.

The 4.0 conversion looks and sounds easier but everything from wiring ecm fuel pump motor mounts and exhaust needs to be changed.

The little 4 banger is a pretty good engine. In my experience (have had mine since 2006), the only place where the larger engine is really needed is on the highway; out in the trail, it does just as good as the 4.0L. And I second Bounty's recommendations for a little more power. I would point out, though, that the only one of those that makes a significant difference is the regearing. The other make small contributions. And I would add to replace the mechanical fan with an electric one to free up a couple more ponies.

Somewhere i read that you can buy weights for the 4 cylinder flywheel.

You can; I have a 9# one in my Jeep, but that's more to prevent stalling than to add torque or HP (it help when crawling).
