nope..all dana 60's have king pins...highsteer arms can be bolted to the 60 kingpins...

After you get a front end, you can get (if it doesn't already have them) flat-top knuckles. In that article I linked to, it talks all about that.

And yes, like I said before, Chevy and Dodge fronts are passenger side drop.
Ford it the only Driver side.
