Has anyone used a throttle body spacer, i have read there numbers but what is the real deal are they as good as they say they are, and worth the 65.00 dollars?? Also has any one thought about the trac bar thing do i need them in my yj or not? any ideas or help is greatly apprecated thanks

ah yes

i just have install the very one and i noticed a difference nothing earth shattering but i got a nice pull thru my motor. thats right ya guessed it 2.5 94 yj

and i also went ahead and got a 4.oL throttle body. and yes

it bolts right on and right now i am lovin my yj. next is a rock-it intake and i should be a lil better. as for 64.00 i belive it to be a good thing for the yj and it's appearing to be so far. try it out and see, at the very least you could bolt back whichever you decide on

it depends on what other mods you have done, all it does is create a larger vacumn in the intake manifold to try and pull more air in. If you're current intake can't pass more air through then it currently is, then it wont help. Also if your exhaust can't pass more through it, then it wont work to well either.



$65 is a bit much, there's nothing special about them, they're just a square chunk of metal with a hole in it. Shop around, I know someone who makes some really nice aluminum ones for $40, and you can get them in colors for $5 more.[addsig]
