power steering pump pulley?

Has anyone changed out a pulley on their power steering pump? I am getting my '77 cj w/a 304 put together and found out that the pulley is bent. It wobbles so bad that the belts will not stay on. I need to change it out but can't figure it out.

Rent a power steering pulley puller from the auto parts store. Also takes a special setup to press it back on.
