Why is html and bbcode turned off in personal messages?

When you hit reply to a PM, it automatically puts the previous sender's message in there with quote tags, but is useless with bbcode turned off. Doesn't make since, and the PM's get very cluttered once they go back and forth a few times, hard to make sense of.

I agree, the problem is that they are two different systems. The core of Jeepz.com runs off of postnuke (this includes the pm section). The forums run off of an old version of phpbb that interfaces with postnuke (so that they share the same users, etc).

I guess the point is that there isn't a way for me to turn on bbcode, without rewriting the pm section.

Cool, if it can't be done, it can't be done. Just thought I'd bring it up, struck me as kinda odd.
