Parts needed for Peugeot to AX15 swap

I am new to the list so bear with me if it has been discussed to death. I couldn't find all I was looking for in past posts.
I am going to replace my dying Peugeot transmission with an AX15. I have a new 23 spline input shaft for my np231 TC so I should be good there. Can anyone tell me what bell housings will work between the AX15 and my 258, is the current Peugeot bellhousing an option? Does it matter which year AX15 I use, I have leads on both a 1989 or a 1995? Will my existing throw-out bearing and clutch work or do I have to update to an external slave type? Which pilot bearing will be required?
Thanks

You have to use the AX15 bellhousing.

Get the '95 AX15 as it uses the external clutch slave, 100 times better than the earlier internal clutch slave. You'll need the '95 clutch, slave, clutch arm with throwout bearing, and clutch master cylinder.
