yeah bmja is doing their offroading 101/102 course that weekend but i believe the park is still open to the public.

My bro and I will shoot for Group 3...

Just wondering... is there a limit to the # of vehicles in the park at once? Will they turn away people if the park is full? That would suck to drive there and not be able to participate.

Joopin, I don't know if they will turn you away. But, I have called and told them that there was a large group coming. Around 30 rigs.

I think what Tom is trying to get is an idea of what kind of Jeeps are coming. I don't think we are going to be able to actually split up the group into these, well groups.

It is obvious that there are many different jeeps, and expierence levels, and we all want to do the hardesnt trails our jeep can do, remember you are limited to do only whant the most stock jeep in your group can do.

My tip for a fun ride at Paragon: Have fun, and always try to do what you think you can't do. Chances are you can do it.

Help....

...some folks are only coming up for a day (i was plannin' on sat) - do we have any plans for a meet & greet after the main ride - i thought it would be kinda cool to shoot the breeze & check out some of the rigs before the trip home - i wonder if there are any restaurant / pubs in the area to accommodate a group of this size…

Iam thinking of one group. But registering 2-3 groups on the board.
This way if there is some MAJOR breakage, We could still continue on.
While the broken one get escorted out, Or repairs are made. Then the broken(now fixed) and 2 others (1 being a trail guide) could catch up to the group.
This is a loop hole in the paragon rules.
This could also be nice If (example) Joopin wants to try a real hard trail, and the trail leads right back to the main trail. We could split up for a bit, but still regroup just a few minutes later.

I like the idea of splittin up into a couple groups, but I'm not plannin on anything crazy... yet. At least let me get there and decide!! I'm as crazy aI would like to see what I'm gettin into before I promise any craziness.

Again the groups are based on the amount of rigs and risk one will take. At this point Tom and I are a sure bet and I believe Sudz is also a sure thing! Please remember that we are not paid guides only wheelers like yourselves, and you decide what your ability and risk level.

This is a NEJA ride. To make things go smooth (get in quicker), your rigs should be set up accordding to PAP's standards. I will link their standards! I will remind you that an "Orange Flag" should be above your rig at least one foot. This will be an awesome weekend! Can't wait.

Hey what about a huge BBQ and of course Ron Sudz?

Hey all, Been real busy and haven't posted on here in a week or so!

NEJ is made up of all different types of rigs and drivers. I would classify us as either group 2 or group 3. we have experienced drivers in other wise stock vehicles coming as well as inexperienced drivers (maybe 1 or 2 trips under their belt) in lifted and locked rigs so it is hard to say!
Most of the people coming (except the rubi's) will be open front and rear!

As for a meeting place, how about the gas station we met at in October?

BBQ and some Sudz is definatly a plus, but where?
Remember most of us are from out of state and don't want to get a PA DWI!!! long trip to court!

I expect the first caravn of Mass-holes to be arriving some where around 4:00 or 5:00.

See ya all there!

PS Joop, finally put those decals on!

Jps4jeep, ITS ABOUT TIME!

you guys are showin up 4 or 5 PM? I assume thats on friday? It says on the PAP site that the trail groups leave at 9am... so people are showin up friday or sat?

i agree with you guys too.

Radiator help.

We can party like rock stars in our Motor coach rooms! WOOOHOOO!

We are going down friday, but wheeling saturday and sunday. We have a 7 hour drive so no way in hell am I leaving saturday morning! I think If we meet up at the gas station at 8:30, we should be all set! But that is up to Tom and Mike since they know the area better than I! If I recall, the gas station was right near the park and real easy to get to, like right off the highway easy!

The gas station is a great meeting spot Johnny, and as the crowd increases some rigs should head to the park. Tom and I will remain back to catch straglers. Same set up as last time. Sudz we need to come up with a plan of attack for the sudzzzzzz!
