Overheating


Is it the 90 in you're info? They have a closed coolant system and you get air bubbles in them and run hot. You have to burp them. Could be a the fan or timing. When you replaced the radiator did you clean the gunk out of the condensor, it may be blocking air flow and they catch all the garbage going down the road or trail.
 

Run it for as long as you can then check and see if your manifolds are red hot!if it is it's in the exhaust I had the same prob with my 89

He is right... It could be gasket of the head and it might be the radiator fan..most probabley now is the gasket since you change every thing..
 
Was it over heating befor you changed all that stuff and I got 3 thermostats in a roll from Canadian tire that were no good would not open and before you put in a new thermostat toss it in a boiling pot of water and see if it opens
