overhead console

I'm looking for a older overhead digial console out of any type of car or truck or jeep, with just the compass and the temp with the sender. For a little project on my jeep. I belive there was a thread about that up here a while ago, and I am trying to do the same thing. I've tried ebay and the local junk yards and they either want to sell me the whole console with the sunglass holder and etc, with no sender. It's quite frustrating.
