OHV'S in oregon

Didnt hear from anyone on friday before I crashed. Browns Camp kicked Arse today! Did Firebreak 5 and the lower crusher. First time in two years I got back on the trailer fully intact. Made it all the way thru the rock garden on firebreak 5, and almost to the bottom of lower crusher, then I realized I was the only non tube-chasis rig. Made it out without using the winch too! The propane setup is worth 100 times the price I gave too!

No way! there's stuff for every rig you can imagine. One of my buddys from work rode his little 3-wheeler evrywhere I went. It seemed all the trails except for crusher had different lines to take, and bypasses for the obstacles. Even the crusher is a one way in, one way out loop. its short enough to walk and watch. Besides, I was on 31" at's for years and did all the trails I wanted to. BRING IT ON!
 
yea i would love to hit those trail im on 35 with open diffs but she goes decent for a xj im goin to sand lake leaving wednesday for five days of drinking and having fun play in the morning drink at nite :drunk: :beer:
 

May be going again this weekend!!! didn't brreak anything last weekend, so I wasnt trying hard enough. anyone interested?
 
Stuff's still at the powdercoated. Then i need another week or so to get it back together. maybe 2 or 3 weeks and got to be sunday for me.
 

Finally back. It has been way too busy. Spent a buch of time camping out at Wallowa Lake out by Joseph, OR. Awesome riding out there. There were a few places I was a little afraid to go. Rough stuff. Cougars and bear all over the place. Deer hanging out in your campsite. Big Lake, and SNOW! IN MAY! Good times. Now I think for a little while I am going to be back in town.
 
I wouldn't mind taking it somewhere somewhat soft here in the near future. I think I may be having an axle(?) issue, and am a little nervous. It may be nothing and I'm just paranoid...Just worried that I'm gonna lose a tire and rim as I'm driving down the road...
 
There's a post about it in the cherokee section. Bad wandering, and my passenger side front end just feels suspect.
 
yea i just got back form sandlake almost rolled all the way down the main bowl i tasted i seat covers scared the S*** out of me. she wheeled good though
 

Good times. Sand lake is an awesome place. I was there about 6 or so years ago with a buddy and his old school land cruiser (the ones that look kind of like a jeep wrangler). I don't know what part of the lake it was, but we rolled that thing down a long hill. I figure it must have gone over at lest 3 times before we hit the bottom. I think I soiled myself.
 

i thought it was this weekend, not last. dag gummit. was a good weekend for it too.
 
Soon boys soon. Looks like I'm gonna have to replace a few pieces of the front end. Things wobbling all over. Gonna go out and do some work on things I have never worked on before. Then I think I'm gonna put on a new exhaust. Just for fun. Hopefully I'll be up and ready to play in the next couple of weeks here.
