Welcome to Jeepz. Check the vacuum lines along the firewall and reservoir.

Not sure about an 05 but in earlier models it could be the lever on the side of the heater air box. The lever is cheap plastic and tends to break leaving the door inside stuck. The problem is to properly fix it the whole box has to come out, about $1500 at the stealership. You can glue the lever back together but it is a one shot deal, miss and you're into the teardown.

Must be an 05 thing... A vacuum line that was supposed to be plugged into a small port on the side of the intake manifold on mine was dangling down between the engine and firewall :scratch: Added a cable tie for a little more support 8)
