As I'm running through thier site I can't help but wander something. How can they come across as "Jeep Powertrain Superiority" when most of their products are not for the most basic of all Jeeps with inline 6's? :?

Powertrain Superiority goes way beyond the 4.2L and 4.0L engines. Jeep rarely stuck with one brand when it comes to engines, engine components, and transmissions. Anybody with a CJ can tell you how many Ford parts their 258 came with, or about their GM design 2.5L. Then there's the japanese and french transmissions.

Novak's got a cool site, I found this of special interest: http://www.novak-adapt.com/about/philosophy.htm

You have to remember Jeep has been under many builders over the years. And many of the builders use parts from many other builders of parts. Most recent owner DC may be the down fall of it all though, in my humble oppion. tug

No I agree that there are many types of different powertrains in jeeps but I find it odd that the most common type they've left for last!

Luckily they replied to me about their SYE and it should be out next week for something around 375!!!
