No speedometer

Need the speedometer cluster for a 1995 yj

I would check the cable make sure that you need the speedo or if the cable is the culprit, just my 2 pennys

It's electric and I changed the speed sensor in the transmission

I know where there is a wrecked YJ, but not sure of the year. Are the clusters compatible with other model years. I'm going to look at it tomorrow.

I'd test the wiring before installing a new speedometer, make sure you have power to and from the VSS mounted on the back of the transfer case.

Also make sure you installed the VSS correctly, once inserted into the tailshaft housing you need to twist it to the correct position for the speedo gear to engage the shaft.
