New Soft top

I am currently in the market for a new soft top (mine has a dime sized hole
right over the center console) also the speaderbar has trashed a window).
Has anyone had problems with a specific replacement top?
I plan to go with tinted windows as well. any help is appreciated

Personally, I would buy a Supertop. Much easier and an overall better design than the stock style top. It's more money though, because it comes with an entirely new frame assembly. If you don't want to spend the extra money, go with Bestop's replace-a-top, which is merely a new stock style top for your existing frame.

Bestop Supertop - has all the hardware, the one on my old 91 lasted for YEARS w/no problems - velcro, no snaps - can get w/tint but ya need full steel doors or replacement uppers (curved, not squared at the top rear of door uppers) - worth the $$$

Well kaidensfie we are in the same boat...
I just lost my rear window out of my factory soft top (the soft tops zipper broke). 5 years is not that bad.
I just had to replace my drivers window (thief cut it) and ordered Best tops replacement windows. I had no trouble putting them on. The quality was great as was the fit.
I just ordered there replace a top in black denim with tinted windows for 500$ Quadratec has them on sale right now.

My original soft top is in good condition except the rear window zipper part on the soft top it-self. I have been to 9 auto soft top repair places and none so far, can, nor are willing to replace the 90 inch long double zip, zipper.
Besides that there is nothing wrong with my soft top. The front windows are brand new. The sides and rear tinted window are in good condition as well. There are no broken teeth on the rear it zips into my partners top with no problems.

If You Have Some Good Ideas On What To Do With Our Old Soft Tops Let Us Know. I Have A Broke Zipper On My Rear As Well. Also Have A Bad Back Side Window, Maybe I Can Make A Bikini Top.

I like my Bestop Sunrider I have for my 93 YJ. Much easier to take down and put up than the stock top and if I want a sun roof I can fold back just the front half.

I have had a problem with water filling up the top (steel horse) directly over head,
I mean several gallons. This has resulted in a hole. so what I want is a top that wont do that sag above my head

Again... Supertop. The Sunrider mentioned above is the same as the Supertop, but the front flips up like a sunroof and it doesn't use the windsheild channel.
