Well I finally gave up on my dodge pickup and traded it in. I needed a good daily driver to go to work. Need a vehicle under warranty cause I dont have the time to work on another truck(I already have two jeep projects Iam working on.) Since I didnt want to spend alot like on a grand cherokee or other suv i could only come up with the obvious choice. Get a Rubicon. What else would you buy. Convertable, gets you to work in any weather, better gas milage than the others, and all it needs to go offroading is skid plates and a lift. The 4:10 gears are itching for bigger tires and the lockers are great. The 4.0 trans case feels great. I know alot of you think for the price you could build a better truck but I dont know. For an out of the box truck I think its hard to beat. After driving it for the last two weeks and It snowing the first day I got it I fell in love with it. I do have to say one thing. My 1993 wrangler runs pretty good compared to the new rubi. The leaf spring ride seems softer and i feel better beatin on my old truck then the new one.
