new owner of an 89 xj

hi guys im a new owner of an 89 4x4 2dr cherokee in nor cal here i just bought it for $650 has 180,000 miles but runs good i guess well see if it passes smog but when i bought it i got home the hood was hot to the touch and the electric fan wasnt going on i havent tested it yet to see if it works but it still doesnt kick on even if the ac is on im sure ill have some questions later on glad to be part of the team
