Hey guys thanks for the comments and yes, were the line is where the angle starts it goes back towards the jeep the angle is a 22 1/2 degree.
I am building it out of 3x4 tubing the tow points are 1" think and extend all the way through and are going to be welded on the back and front. They will stick out two inches past the bumper and have anglet cut .5" . I have been thinking about also making it an air tank but haven't decided if i do is there anything i should do or any advice?8)
I just got the metal today for the trunk i am going to build as well. i haven't ever seen a trunk like i am building but the idea just came to me one night laying in bed. It is going to be a metal frame made from 1" angle that goes from the rear to the front of the wheel well and will be as tall as the wheel well I plan to cover the front back and top with 1/4" plywood that will be covered with black carpet. The top will have an air shock arm that will hold it up and the back will open like a tailgate. The front of it will have two holes cut out behind each seat for 6" speakers and in the middle there will be a sub. I am excited to see how they come out and will have pics posted when i start working on them saturday because i have a football game Friday.
