Hey Guys,
I am new here but not to forums. At the risk of being booed outa here I am a 1996 Land Rover Discovery I owner also. I used to own a 1981 Limited Edition CJ7 with carpeted hard top with an AMC I6 until a lady ran a stop sign, hit me, and totaled it. Sure do miss that Jeep. So I have had pick-ups for a long while now but finally got back into the Jeep world just 2 days ago. Picked up my new to me 2002 Jeep Wrangler. It was a 1 owner Jeep with 65,000 miles on it, all maintenance records with maint. done at local dealers, plus the dealer gave me a 100,000 mile power train warranty and a 5 year unlimited mileage tire warranty. The jeep is immaculate with not even a single stain in the drivers floor well. The only down side is that it is the 2.5L I4. It is a 5-speed manual. So that's about it. This place looks like a nice forum where everyone seems to be patient and laid back. I looked at a few others (I won't name names) and there were some real jerks hanging around there. This looks a little more like what I am used to over at landroverforums.com That is a great community and I look forward to the same here. Thanks for looking guys.
