needing help

I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with the 4.0 and it likes to lose acceleration after a few hours of driving and now im seeing what looks like oil spitting from the exhaust has anyone else had this problem?

Is the motor overfilled with oil? If so it could have the airfilter clogged with raw oil. Aside from that, maybe the cat is clogging up or the fuel filter is gummed up?
