Black liquid or is it soot with condensation and goes away after the engine reaches its normal operating temp.. Blue smoke out the pipe indicates a blow by. Could be caused by worn piston rings, worn valve seals and or guides or a bad PCV.

I get that from my 914, because it runs so rich. In my case it's unburned gas coming out the exhaust. Does it look like black dots that come out the tailpipe?

I'm goingwith SteelHeadz. Soot + Condensation = Black "Liquid". How old is the cat? Is it doing it's job anymore? Little clogged up maybe? Blow-by should still be burnt up on ignition. Hense SteelHeadz, "blue smoke". But, it should do it constantly, and not be liquid in form.

Plus with blow by on a Jeep I6 they tend to start puking oil out of the PVC valve. Don’t know how you set up the MC 2100 but if the line is still connected to the air intake it will soil both the intake and filter with oil. They still run that way for a long time but make quite a mess in the driveway.

I think it’s just soot & condensation too.

Often quoted on tailpipe exhaust color;
Black = fuel (running rich)
Blue = Oil burning
White = Coolant/Water

Sparkly funny multi color = Someone put those creosote makin' fireplace crystals in your exhaust system.;)
