Need some help here.

I have a 97 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0. I'm having a crank but no start issue here. Now i have replaced the PCM, distributor with plugs and wires, crank sensor and a battery but nothing. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Does it give you and codes or errors? I'm not familiar with the 97, so I'm not sure how much info the PCM can give.

Does the fuel pump kick on? Did you measure fuel pressure?
As noted above, are there any codes?
Do you only try once or several times?
Have you verified spark?

Was the CKP crank sensor on the bell housing an OEM part? Jeeps are picky and some aftermarket are dead out of the box.
