My Willy scored last night..........

Man, am I happy I found this for a $100.00 used (as you can tell) for my Willys. My transmission, t-box and clutch are toast..........just plain worn out after 56 years. It was going to run about $600.00 in parts to rebuild them. My current parts are leaking form, probably, every joint. First step is the power washer.

That is a good find. A spicer18 Tcase is getting hard to find in my area. You usually have to find three to get parts for one. The three speed is usually easier to find in one piece, but they always need a rebuild.

I met the guy 1/2 way out on the highway in NY last night and that's where he took the PTO (stuffed plastic bag) out. I imagine the PTO is worth 5X what these parts are worth and thats the main reason he wanted this unit.
