My coolest tool yet

While installing my new lower control arms, I needed to tighten down some 1 7/8" nuts - nothing I could find would go that high. I ended up buying this at Northern Tool.

That's right - a wrench roughly the size of a child.

Nice. Did you ever watch Stargate? The first few seasons almost every episode there was some guy walking in the background carrying a big ole wrench like that.

I got a 3/4 in drive socket set that goes all the way up to 3 inches yes they do come in handy

Last time I needed a wrench like that I just checked it out from the tool crib at work with an overnight pass. :shock: Now that I don't work that MAY be a little hard to do.

JK. I've got some big wrenches (1"-3") that were given to me when a friend passed away, he was a diesel mechanic for Detroit Diesel.

While serving my appenticeship as an aircraft mech we had a huge set of wrenches stamped maked "King Dick". We had plenty of jokes about the name but the trade mark does exist
