I think I know Tug well enough to know he would contact Terry if he were not able to meet his responsibility. Seems things have been fine despite his increased absence from jeepz.
Tug still checks in from time to time, but who is to say what frequency you must check in to fulfill your moderator duties.

opposing viewpoints and very good viewpoints... i wasn't quite sure how often he'll be able to check in with us... i'm sure he's capable of his "duties"... but if he'd like us to help out... i'm glad to do so... i know how it is to be busy... i was quite busy the past month and couldn't quite get to my stuff... but i guess its all still together.. so its not so bad

Honestly, compared to some other forums I frequent, we do a fantastic job of moderating ourselves. Very few fights, and we only occasionally have to smack Mingez around for being wrong about something......

Yup...I did. Just wasn't working out, and I found out that the company was stealing my commissions (or at least part of them). I can prove I lost $1400 over 4 months, even though there was more that I can't prove. But, now I get to be home with my family over the Holidays!! No remorse here.....

since that time I think it was premature, as it really hasn't been an issue to my knowledge. I don't see what it would hurt though - other forums have more than one mod.

I have to say the fact is I am not around as much as I use to be. Shold it look like the need for others to take up my slack I have no problem with that in any way. Fact is the mod job is really nothing more than a title here cause everyoine seems to do a good job of being nice and helpful. Then again as I said if it seems I am falling behind due to the fact that I am feel free to replace and or partner me up with more help. It is all good either way. tug
