Moab Trip

Ok guys looking for vacation information. Our family tries to get out west every few years because it is so beautiful. I was checking out Moab and it looks like it would be a great trip.

So when is the best time of year to go? Pop is 80 and mom is 72 so we have to be able to drive to alot of the locations that we would like to see. Is this a problem? (I know, a jeep would take us most anywhere!) I would like to fly out to that area so we don't lose 6 days of driving back and forth from Alabama, where should we fly into? I love to drive but I hate losing that much time to just driving and not sight seeing.

I would suggest flying into Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake City is a beautiful place to visit and is the central location for the mormon people.

Moab is hot. You may want to direct your question to Utah_Jeepster as he is probably the closest to Moab in geographical location.
