Hi Folks,
I just acquired a 1986 Cherokee and was amazed to find it has a 13.5 gal. gas tank! I was wondering why the gas needle was moving down so fast. The manual sez there is an optional 20 gal tank, but I don't know if I could find a replacement in 2009.
What have you folks done about this? I don't like the idea of interior aux' tanks or lashing Gerry Cans to the outside. I mean, I just about get in the woods for a hunting trip and have to come out for gas. What a bummer!
