Its' setup right. You couldn't build it for that much.
That cage is ugly as sin and the color combination doesn't help. He should have gone silver on the tubing and been a little more creative on the cage design. It looks like he had a bunch of hoops laying around and just welded in spreader bars.
The rest of the components he listed are on time though.
