lift question

I wana get a 3 inch lift in my tj I just wana know how it would look with 31 inch al terrains

It just depends on what looks "good" to you. Below is my tj with 31 ATs and 2 inch lift. Imagine another inch. To me, that would be too much but you may like it. Personal preference.

Yeah, they are the perfect size for me.

im switching to all terrain as well. with a 3 inch lift you should prob get like 32s or 33s. 31s might look a little too small.

Do I have to change the gearing to go to a bigger tire like 33's
