99 wrangler sahara. Currently all stock I want to get a 2 inch lift and get 31 inch tires. Will that work? Also would the suspension lift be worth the more money instead of the body lift? I'll be putting everything on myself. I won't be doing any rock crawling, just a little mudding

I did a 1.75"budget boost with 31's on my 99... I don't do any rock crawling either

Just use spacers, like above

Budget boost 2 in spacers on the coils. If you need a little more you could use a 1in body lift.
The least expensive way to go. For 31's

Agree with above. 2" coil spacers, its kinda like a hockey puck that fits on top of your coil springs for lift. Cheapest way to go and better than a body lift, IMO
