i have currently purchased a used jeep it is a 2004 wrangler and it has 31x10.50 tires on it does this mean it already has a small lift on it??

thanks for any help

maybe look on the top of the springs if there is a thick bushing probably 2"thick then yuo have a small lift

Is it a rubicon? The rubicon came with 31 in tires stock. No lift. Springs are just a little larger then the other models.

I run 31s on a stock suspension that has a little over 100k on it.05 tj.

thanks my next question is how much of a lift would i need to run 33's would a 2 inch lift work

I would look at old man emu and there 2" lift. Or rock road puck lift. Don't know much about the puck. It goes under the spring like a seat.

Humph. Why didn't my post save??

What are your plans for the jeep? I mean what type of offroading you doing, Heavy, Moderate light or none?
This is a common question. Do some searching I say this not to avoid answering but to give you a chance to read and see what others did and issues you may encounter.
Here is a few found in a 2 min search.
