Hey steelerman what brand gears and rear axles?

So you went with the Currie kit. What made up your mind?

You should also get the Currie Anti-Rock sway bar kit, I love mine. I just leave it on the loosest setting.[addsig]

Hey ajfrank, I was just worried about the stock tie rod and drag link. I plan on playing hard this summer and have heard some good stories that the currie set up is hard to break. I already have the Dana 44 in the rear. I can't remember the gears off hand. I want to say National and Timkin. Went with the Belly up too!!!! I can't wait till Friday!!!

The cost was about $11,000. I guess you can do a lot with Top Ramen and Mac & Cheese these days.[addsig]

Your jeep is going to awsome man just like mine. :-D I'm about to order all my skid plates, belly up, engine skid, rocker panels from Currie, and gas tank skid from Kilby. Ajfrank when I pick it up Thurs or Friday I'll look at the ticket and let you know. I know labor was at least $2000 but I'll find out without gears and lockers. Wish I new how to do it all myself. Then again I just wanted it done right and I love that place. The guys do good work and I met the marketing MGR. They said they are going to hook me up when I get the winch and 4.1 transfer case soon!!!
