Anyone know were I can buy a latch for my spare tire carrier I am building
I want one like the one in the pic

Look on mcmaster carr. They have everything you can think of, but can be pricey. Once you find brands/models there, you can find it elsewhere cheaper. Let us know what you end up getting (brand, model) and post pics!

If you know who built the one in your example, why not just ask them to sell you a replacement latch?
