Mine sounds like a V8! I clipped an old baseball card to the frame and had the rest of the baseball card sticking through the spokes.

I used a balloon tied to the frame or a fender brace.

Inflate and position the balloon just enough to be bumped by the passing spokes.

Now there was a sound!!!! Harley Electro-Glide, baby!

Well, it was in the fertile imagination of a 10-year old.

Besides, the baseball cards and other stiff cardboard eventually loosened the wheel spokes – my first experience with “death wobble.”
