I have a day job, and ran an entire hosting company (dedicated servers, a couple of hundred clients) at night / weekends. I did at least a 40 hour week on the side (not to mention my day job). It got to be too much. My day job was bought by another company, and I decided they might not be cool with my moonlighting. I ended up selling to another company out of maryland.
It was really tough to sell my "baby", I had put 5 years of my life into it and countless hours, but on the otherhand, I did pay off all my credit cards and jet on down to cancun 8)
