I'm pretty sure this is what the post counts are:

Newbie: 0-50
Member: 51-150
Jeep Addict: 151-some high number like 500 or 600
Trail Leader: one post above highest Jeep Addict to until youre lucky enough to beomce a moderator (I think terry only accepts bribes for this)
