Is the Unlimited worth Buying?

I've got the 3.73 but a manual transmission. I never even checked to see if the auto was an option. Much preffer the manual.

That's an improvement from a TJ. Maybe more capable than a SWB Jeep.

But it is an option on the TJ. Mine has both and it wasn't alot of money really.


Keyword "Option". Thats why I specified "Standard" as in you don't have to "order" it.

Also you bought yours brand new, so you and I might have different opinions on what "alot of money" is.
 

Picture an unlimited on 37s with a 6" long arm suspension, doesnt look goofy in my mind, just a growed up scrambler.
 
I think it was last month's JP magazine, the inside cover was skyjacker ad with an Unlimited on a 4" long arm suspension lift and 33's.... that thing is bad. You bet I'd buy one. I agree that it's nice to have the extra option of a LWB wrangler. But when (not if) when they come out with a Rubicon Unlimited package... I might be trading in my YJ.
