Your stock axles will never survive with 37,s. If you want to go that big I would look into getting some wagoneer dana 44 axles, or at least upgrade your stock rear axle with one piece shafts. 33,s are about the limit for the stock axles although many do run 35,s with success if they are easy on the go pedal. You probably need 2-2 1/2" of more lift to fit the 35,s, you may even need to trim your fenders if they rub. I don't know exactly how much more lift you would need for 37,s but unless you upgrade to stronger axles I would highly recommend you not do this.
You would risk breakage every time you went off road.
others that have stronger axles and have run tires that large may be able to tell you how much lift you actually need.
