i have a 79 cj5 with a 2.5 inch rancho suspension lift, and a 1 inch body lift. it has girly little 31s on it right now that im getting sick of. made a deal with a friend a few days ago that i traded him my wheels and tires and some money for his wheels and tires. his being 15 by 10 chrome wheels with 4 inch backspacing and 33 12.50 mud tires. needless to say it made my jeep look 100000000000 times beter than before. but then the kids mom found out (not realy a kid a 19 year old) and called the cops saying they were stolen cause she was mad cause i didnt want to swap back. ended up swapping back the same as before but now every time i look at my jeep it makes me hate the 31s that much more. my question is will i be able to clear a set of 35 12.50 baja claw radials if i put a 1 inch shackel lift on it too? that particular tire because i know where i can get a set used for next to nothing. it didnt have a problem clearing the 33s the way it is now but if i put 35s on the way it is now then i know it would rub something horrible. dont realy have the money for a new 4 inch suspension kit either. any ideas?

Cut them fenders man! Flatties on the front and just cut out most of the rear body. Look good and clear just fine. Tug

wiper motor wiring ?

i realy dont want to make it have flatty fenders cause its a new fiberglass one peice front end. i was thinking about adding tj flares before long tho

What axle gears do you have in that CJ? Careful you don't go to big and the 258 won't pull the tires.

acualy i dont know what axle gears i have. when i had the 33s i couldnt tell i differnt powerwise from the 31s. i do know ive got a granny gear t18 and a dana 300 tho. my main concern is will they fit okay
