horn won't work

I have a 91 yj and I'm not getting power to my horn(@wheel) I can't find which wire to trace. Manual doesn't show horn in wire diagram. NO Marked fuse in box...what next?...any tips?:???:

The horn relay is located above and to the left of the fuse panel. The horn circuit coming out of the column is black and becomes orange on the other side of the connector towards the relay. There should be a violet wire from the ignition switch that supplies the voltage to the relay then grey from the relay to the horn.
