Homemade intake for YJ

hey guys i was hitting a couple puddles the other day in my yj after i went to the shell gas station i shut off my jeep, then i tried 5 min later it didnt work, turns out i had gotten water in my carb, so we had to prop it open and let it dry for a bit. has anyone seen or made an intake that has the opening in a place where water cannot get it? the stock 4.2 YJ intake is RIGHT in the open, i would just like to extend a hose or duct from the intake to a safer place. if anyone has any info or nos a website please post, thanks

i am looking for a cheap efficient way to direct the breather of the intake to a safer spot, the stock 4.2 intake breather is in a very very open place water comes right up from the front left tire

a little imagination and some very cheap pvc pipe IE toilet drain pipe is the right size and pvc cement and you can put it any where very cheap mod
