HELP my jeep is leaking

i have a 99 TJ SE and tonight it started leaking crap from what looked like the transmission i don't no anything about cars but it only dripped when it was running i dont no what it is and kind of wonder if i should be driving it [addsig]

i should also tell u that the color was brownish yellow and it had been warming up fro 15 minutes with the heat going full blast[addsig]
