Help! Jeep runs like crap

Jeep Rubicon won’t start most times but when you get it started it sputters and jerks with the gas to the floor. it acts like you are pumping the gas when driver. I have had two mechanics come out and work on it. One replaced spark plugs and said to replace starter. Replaced starter and that didn’t work. Second ran diagnostics and said replace ECM. Sent ECM to be rebuilt and that didn’t work. Please help. When it won’t crank all interior lights will work but it won’t turn over.

Any codes?
The check engine light on?

Do you know how to do the key dance to get the codes?

I always suggest starting with cleaning the battery terminals and connectors. Clean to shine the opposite end of the grounds.
Be sure the battery is charged and is being charged . 12.6 off 14.4 running.

My bet is the crank position sensor on the bell housing is damaged causing any stalling and not starting.

The rough running start with looking for an intake or vacuum leak.
Clean the TB snd IAC.

If 2004-2006 check the ODPA oil drive pump assembly. It is known to fail and usually squeals but that rattle noise near the battery sounds like mine before i replace it.
