Headers/Flowmaster on 304

I am considering purchasing headers and flowmaster exhaust for my 78 cj7 304 auto.Does anyone run this setup and what type headers should i get.

Haven't run headers myself, but I hear that they don't really make enough of an improvement to warrant the cost.

Just what I've heard.

I highly recommend to use a Spintech muffler. They offer almost the same performance of an open header while still retaining a nice deep throaty sound. The are priced very close to the flowmaster. A lot of circle track guys use them. They offer a variety of different sizes.
