Head unit iPhone hookup

Hey so I have an 05 grand Cherokee limited with the stock navi head unit. I'm trying to get a plug in adapter that converts into a aux cord, fm transmitters suck! So I can do all the hooking up just don't what product I need. There are two more plug in spots behind the unit the 10 pin connector and navigation diagnostics that are open. Someone help please!

I'd go with something like this:

That should get you a wired connection. If you want to get fancy, you could add on one of these as well:

Which would allow you to connect via bluetooth. A friend at work had the bluetooth thing and loves it.

Mopar also has an iPhone integration module that's an add on for the factory system.
