I have a friend that has a life size dummy of jason with a machate in one hand and a ladys head held by the hair in the other. He built it. I want to motorize it a little with either the head turning a little bit ,., or the hand with the mchete going from downward position to fully raised when the doorbell is rung. Need ideas on mechanics. In regard to a remote controled motor to be installed.

Hobby shops that sell rc cars and planes are great for this kind of stuff, lots of little motors and servos to pick through
