Door suggestions

I just took my doors off for the first time and was just wondering if when i put them on should i grease the hinges and skrew the bolts back on.

I guess a little dab to keep them free wouldn't hurt. The nuts are only there to slow thieves down so replacing them would be personal preference.

just about everyone I know who takes the doors off never puts the nuts back on... I only keep them and put em back on around now, in the winter, but in the summer the nuts on the doors are never there. Also the more you put the nuts on and off the more paint youre giong to strip on them, you cant help it. But one trick ive learned to keep the body in good shape was to take a rag and put it between the nut and the body while you are slowly wrenching the nuts off, this wayif you slip you wont have scratches. About every other time I take the doors off I spray some WD-40 in the holes and on the pins. Not only will it help to save rust, etc, but itll save your back cause the doors will just pop right out.

as for the nut i always put it on finger tight..so i can break it lose easy. just because i don't watn to put the nuts someplace and lose them.

I have 2 sets of doors and neither of them have any nuts. :?
