I started having a dw on 50 after i had my 03 tj 2" lifted with 32s. It happens mostly on 2wd. I replaced the steering damper, balanced my tires and alignment new ball joints. New tie rods 7 months old track bar. The only thing I haven't replaced is the stock sway links and I'm wondering if that could be the cause?!

Have you checked your tie rod? The best thing to do is carefully watch both tie rod ends while someone cycle's the steering from lock to lock.

It was the Teraflex damper after 2 hours of use I put the stock one back but I'm not sure if that one can handle 32s tires

A steering damper will not cause DW. It's a bandaid fix that will only mask the real problem temporarily.

The sleeve inside the bushing was big and had some room that allowed a little play till it got busted completely.I had every part checked today and all was tight and good except for the sway bar links they're little short for 2" lift. I tested the jeep and it seems ok now but this thing is driving me nuts!!!!! I drive mostly highway :/

A properly setup Jeep will drive just fine without a steering damper, it's purpose is to take the harshness out of side impacts and to increase longevity of steering components.

I see. I can't find a good mechanic can figure this problem out!! I'm gonna start replacing everything out I guess. What do you usually need to upgrade with 2" lift and 32s tries?
