I have recently bought a 95 Jeep Rio Grande (4 banger) and in only 2 weeks I have managed to be unlucky enough to have the engine blow Now I have a newly rebuilt Jasper engine and a cool 75000 mile warranty. This is all fine and dandy if something happens to the engine but what if next week I lose the transmission. Because I am not very mechanically inclined and a first time jeep owner could someone tell me what areas I should take a good look at and what types of preventive things I could do to make sure I don't have another disaster again soon. My jeep has 100,000 miles on it. I just got the diffs serviced but it appears the transfer case is leaking now. Is this something I should worry about right away. I don't plan on 4 wheeling anytime soon. Thanks for your help in advance. Tommie
By the way I payed 5000 for the jeep. Do you think I got ripped????[addsig]
